Our Group sessions are a great way to improve your fitness and overall well being in a motivating, encouraging and healthy environment. Training in a group helps you to keep motivated and challenges you to keep pushing towards your goals.
Our 45min sessions are time effective sessions which means you get an amazing workout in a short intense timeframe. You will be challenged with something new as we rotate our class focus format to give you loads of variety for the best results.
The sessions cater for people of varying fitness levels and are a great way to exercise with the support of others. Each session has variety including functional fitness, cardio, strength training, HIIT, boxing, circuit training and core . We make fitness work around a busy lifestyle and get you back to feeling strong, fit and body confident. Manage stress & create energy to keep up with your busy lifestyle.
We keep our class sizes small so that you get the attention you need and scale the intensity of the sessions to suit your ability and fitness level. We put a big emphasis on correct technique and good form to ensure you get the most out of every session and to help you avoid injury.
Tuesday Night Strength Class – This class will utilise weights to help build and maintain lean muscle and serious strength. No cardio here…just “Strictly Strength.”
Wednesday Night Boxing Class – Boxing is a great form of all over cardio. It will improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.
The mid morning classes are developed with mums in mind and provide much more than group fitness. We have a group of like minded, motivating and supportive ladies. We aim to help you de-stress, improve your strength and find your body confidence, all whilst in a relaxed and social setting. It will bring you back on track and give your body and mind the movement and time it needs. Each session has variety including functional fitness, cardio, strength training, HIIT, boxing, circuit training and core .
For those returning to exercise we focus on ou returning safely to exercise and strengthening specific muscles for women's health such as pelvic floor, back, hip and core strength. We motivate you in a safe manner to achieve the best you can with the little "you time" you have. We encourage you to challenge yourself within the sessions with a variety of strength, endurance & cardio exercises. We cater for every fitness level and consider injuries and conditions you may have and make the session work for you. We aim to to improve your weaknesses and strengthen your strengths! The sessions are 45minutes.
Children and bubs are welcome, they can watch from the sidelines or their prams. Let the toddlers play near you while you work up a sweat. The nicest thing is that baby and toddlers watch on as you exercise becoming a great role model for them. They too will be making friends while you get to workout.

Train from your house or train in a location that is convenient to you. We are fully equipped and have all the equipment you could need.
Buddy sessions are available – train with a friend/partner. Help keep each other motivated. Personal Training for Mums with baby/children – we will come to you in the comfort of your own home or a nearby park, while bub/child is asleep, plays or gets involved in your workout. This is a great option for new mums returning to exercise so training can be specific to your needs
